kkbdd Terms and Conditions

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kkbdd may request verification of your identity and information at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, proof of date of birth, or other documents. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in a temporary account suspension and restricted deposit and withdrawal access.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation and Reversal

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each promotional offer only once.
• The time limit or validity period for claiming a bonus will be stated in the details of each offer.
• Bonuses are for entertainment play only and are not for transferring or withdrawing funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless they are active at the same time.
• kkbdd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The kkbdd VIP program has four levels. Members can be automatically promoted to a higher level based on their active play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Maintaining the fairness, security, and integrity of the kkbdd platform is our highest priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and immediate action will be taken upon detection:

• Playing using computer software, bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Placing artificial bets to abuse bonuses (arbitrage, hedging, or low-risk strategies that exploit bonuses).
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Hacking the kkbdd system or sending viruses or malicious code.
• Registering with false, inaccurate, or another person's information.
• Harassing, intimidating, or disrespecting other members.
• Attempting to manipulate platform games or outcomes.

If any of the above violations are proven, kkbdd may permanently close the associated account, confiscate all funds and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

10.2 Closure at kkbdd's Initiative

kkbdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Serious or repeated violations of the Terms.
• Fraud, bonus abuse, or other dishonest activity.
• Evidence of using a false identity or information.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

Upon account closure, any legitimate funds will be returned where applicable, but bonus-related funds will be considered void.
